Warehouses

Your ShipStation warehouses represent the physical locations you ship from. When you sync your ShipStation account, all of your warehouse addresses are imported into CloudFFL automatically.

Viewing Your Warehouses

1. Open the ShipStation app.
2. Click Warehouses in the left menu.
3. You will see a list of all warehouses synced from ShipStation.

Each warehouse shows:

• Name — The warehouse name
• Default — Whether this is your primary shipping location in ShipStation
• City, State, ZIP — The warehouse address
• Country — The country code (e.g., "US")

Warehouse Details

Click on any warehouse to see the full details, including:

• The complete street address
• Phone number
• Which CloudFFL warehouse it is linked to (if mapped)

Linking to CloudFFL Warehouses

If you manage inventory in CloudFFL, you can link each ShipStation warehouse to a CloudFFL warehouse. This tells the system which stock location to use when shipping from that warehouse.

1. Click on a warehouse to open it.
2. In the Odoo Mapping section, select the matching CloudFFL warehouse from the dropdown.
3. Click Save.

Refreshing Warehouse Data

Like carriers, warehouses sync when you click Sync All on your ShipStation instance. If you add a new warehouse in ShipStation, just run a sync to pull it in.
