Viewing Print Jobs
Job List Columns

Job Details
Click any job to see full details. If the job has an error, the Error Details section shows the full error message — useful for diagnosing connectivity or printer issues.
Important: Print job records are immutable — they cannot be edited or deleted. This provides a reliable audit trail.
Common Issues & Solutions
"No label printer configured"
Cause: No default label printer is set in Settings → PrintNode. Fix: Go to Settings → PrintNode and select a Default Label Printer.
Job shows "Error" status
Cause: PrintNode API rejected the job or couldn't reach the printer. Fix: Check the error message in the job details. Common causes:
- Printer is offline (check PrintNode client is running)
- Invalid API key (re-enter in Settings)
- Network timeout (PrintNode API unreachable)
Printer not appearing in dropdown
Cause: Printer hasn't been synced yet. Fix: Go to Settings → PrintNode and click Sync Printers & Scales.
Scale reads zero weight
Cause: Nothing on the scale, or scale needs time to stabilize. Fix: Place the package on the scale, wait for the reading to stabilize, then click "Weigh from Scale."
Scale reads negative weight
Cause: Scale needs calibration. Fix: Calibrate the scale according to manufacturer instructions, then try again.
"PrintNode API request timed out"
Cause: Network connectivity issue between Odoo and PrintNode cloud. Fix: Check your internet connection. If the issue persists, check PrintNode status page.
