Understanding the Main Menu

Once you open an app in CloudFFL, you will see a top menu bar that runs across the top of the screen. This menu changes depending on which app you are in and gives you access to everything that app can do.

How the Top Menu Works

Each app has its own set of menu items. For example:

  • Sales app menu: Orders, To Invoice, Customers, Products, Reporting, Configuration
  • Purchase app menu: Orders, Vendors, Products, Reporting, Configuration
  • Inventory app menu: Overview, Operations, Products, Reporting, Configuration

Click any menu item to see its sub-options. For example, clicking Orders in the Sales app shows you Quotations and Orders.

Breadcrumb Navigation

As you click deeper into records, you will see a trail of links near the top of the page. This is called breadcrumb navigation. It shows you where you are and lets you go back easily.

For example, if you open a specific sales order, you might see:

Sales → Orders → S00042

You can click Orders to go back to the list of all orders, or Sales to go back to the Sales app overview.

Switching Between Apps

To move from one app to another:

  1. Click the grid icon (waffle icon) in the top-left corner.
  2. Select the app you want to open from the grid.

You do not need to close the current app first. Just click the grid icon and pick a different app.

Tip: You can also use the search bar on the home screen to quickly type the name of the app you want to open.

Common Menu Paths You Will Use

Here are the menu paths you will use most often as an FFL dealer:

  • Create a new sale: Sales → Orders → Quotations → New
  • Look up a customer: Sales → Customers (or use the Contacts app)
  • Check inventory: Inventory → Products → Products
  • Create a purchase order: Purchase → Orders → Purchase Orders → New
  • View invoices: Invoicing → Invoices
