Your User Profile & Settings

Your user profile controls your personal settings in CloudFFL — things like your name, password, email notifications, and timezone. Each person who logs into the system has their own profile.

Accessing Your Profile

Click your name or avatar in the top-right corner of the screen.
Select My Profile (or Preferences).

What You Can Change

Name and Email

Update your display name and email address. Your email is used for notifications and password resets.

Password

To change your password:

Go to your profile.
Click Change Password.
Enter your current password and your new password.
Click Change Password to confirm.

Important: Use a strong, unique password. Do not share your login with other employees — each person should have their own account.

Timezone and Language

Set your timezone so that dates and times display correctly for your location. The language setting controls the display language of the interface.

Notifications

You can choose how you receive notifications:

Handle by Emails — notifications are sent to your email inbox
Handle in Odoo — notifications appear inside CloudFFL only (the chat icon in the top bar)

Tip: If you are in the shop all day with CloudFFL open, "Handle in Odoo" keeps things simple. If you are often away from the computer, email notifications ensure you do not miss anything.

Email Signature

You can set up an email signature that appears on emails sent from CloudFFL (like quotations or invoices emailed to customers). Add your name, title, and shop phone number so customers know who to contact.
