Product & Inventory Reports

CloudFFL's product inventory report gives you a high-level view of your compliance inventory, aggregated by manufacturer, your type, chosen and model.grouping. • Pending Disposal: Firearms that are part of an open sales order or transfer but have not yet left your inventory
  • Disposed: Firearms that have been sold, transferred, or otherwise left your inventory

Discrepancy Report

In addition to the product report, CloudFFL tracks lot/serial records that have FastBound sync issues. If a serial number failed to sync to FastBound (due to an API error, connection issue, etc.), it will show up in the discrepancy view. Check this periodically and resolve any sync failures by re-committing the records.

Tip: Export and save a copy of your Product ReportInventory report at the end of each month. This gives you a historical record of your inventory levels over time, which is useful for business planning and proves your compliance diligence to ATF inspectors.

Sync Issues: If the discrepancy report shows serial numbers that failed to sync with FastBound, resolve them immediately. A firearm that is in your physical inventory but not in FastBound is a bound book violation. Go to the affected records and re-commit them, or manually create the entry in FastBound if the API sync cannot be fixed.
