Searching for a Customer

Searching for a Customer

When a customer walks in or calls, you need to pull up their record quickly. Here are the fastest ways to find a customer in CloudFFL.

  1. Open Contacts (or Sales → Customers).
  2. Click in the search bar at the top of the list.
  3. Type part of the customer's name, phone number, or email.
  4. CloudFFL suggests matching records as you type. Click the one you want.

Browsing the List

If you do not remember the exact name, you can scroll through the customer list. Switch between views:

  • List view — Shows customers in a table with name, phone, email, city
  • Kanban view — Shows customer cards with photos (if available)

Toggle between views using the icons in the top-right of the list.

Searching by Phone or Email

The search bar looks across multiple fields. If a customer calls and gives their phone number, just type the number in the search bar — CloudFFL will find the matching contact.

Tip: Keep phone numbers and emails up to date on contact records. The more complete your data, the easier it is to find people.
