Automatic bank sync (coming soon)

CloudFFL OS includes the ability to connect directly to your bank account so that transactions are pulled in automatically — no file downloads, no manual imports. This feature uses a secure bank connection service that links to thousands of US financial institutions.

What it will do

  • Automatic daily sync — new transactions from your bank appear in CloudFFL OS without you lifting a finger
  • Real-time balance — your bank balance in the system stays current
  • Faster reconciliation — transactions are already there waiting to be matched, so reconciliation becomes a quick review instead of an import-then-match process

Current status

This feature is under development and not yet available. We're building the integration with our banking partner and will announce it when it's ready for production use.

In the meantime, use file imports. Downloading a CSV or OFX file from your bank and importing it into CloudFFL OS works reliably and takes about two minutes. See Importing bank statements (CSV/OFX) on the previous page for the step-by-step process. When automatic bank sync goes live, the transition will be seamless — your existing bank journal and reconciliation history carry over.

When this feature launches, this page will be updated with full setup instructions. If you have questions about the timeline, contact the CloudFFL support team.
