Viewing & Filtering Sales Orders

CloudFFL gives you multiple ways to view and find your sales orders.

Where to Find Sales Orders

• Sales → Orders → Quotations — Shows all draft quotations (not yet confirmed)
• Sales → Orders → Orders — Shows all confirmed sales orders

List vs Kanban View

Toggle between views using the icons in the top-right:

• List view — A table showing order number, customer, date, salesperson, status, and total
• Kanban view — Cards organized by status (Quotation, Sales Order, Locked)

Useful Filters

Click in the search bar and select Filters:

• My Orders — Show only orders where you are the salesperson
• This Month / This Quarter — Orders within a time period
• To Invoice — Orders that have not been invoiced yet

Useful Group By Options

• Salesperson — See who sold what
• Customer — See all orders for each customer
• Order Date → Month — See orders grouped by month
