Setting Up Label Printers

Label printers let you print product labels, barcode stickers, and price tags. These are handy for pricing items on your shelves and making inventory counts faster with a scanner.

Compatible Printers

  • DYMO LabelWriter 450 / 550 — Good for basic product labels and price tags
  • Zebra ZD220 / ZD421 — Industrial-grade label printers for high volume
  • Brother QL series — Another solid option for small shops

Setting Up Label Printing

  1. Connect the label printer to your computer via USB.
  2. Install the printer driver from the manufacturer's website.
  3. In CloudFFL, go to Inventory → Configuration → Settings.
  4. Under Operations, enable Print Labels if not already active.
  5. You can now print labels from product records or inventory operations.

Printing Product Labels

  1. Open a product record in CloudFFL.
  2. Click Print → Product Label (or the label icon if available).
  3. Select your label printer and the number of labels to print.
  4. Click Print.

Tip: Print labels when you receive new inventory. Pricing items right away saves time and keeps your shelves organized.
