Checking Stock Levels

Need to know how many of a product you have in stock? Here are the quickest ways to check.

From the Product List

1. Go to Inventory → Products → Products.
2. The list shows On Hand and Forecasted columns for each product.
3. Use the search bar to find a specific product.

From a Product Record

1. Open any product.
2. Look at the On Hand smart button at the top of the form. It shows the current quantity.
3. Click the smart button to see a breakdown by location (if you use multiple locations).

Inventory Report

For a broader view of all your stock:

1. Go to Inventory → Reporting → Inventory Report.
2. This shows all products and their quantities, values, and locations.
3. Use filters and Group By to organize the report (e.g., by Product Category).
