Shipping Products (Outgoing Transfers)

When you sell a product, CloudFFL creates a delivery order to track the product leaving your inventory — whether the customer picks it up in your shop or you ship it.

Step by Step

  1. Go to Inventory → Deliveries. Pending deliveries for confirmed sales orders appear here.
  2. Click on the delivery for the sale you are fulfilling.
  3. Verify the products and quantities.
  4. When the customer picks up the item or you ship it, click Validate.

What Happens When You Validate

  • The product quantities are deducted from your inventory
  • The sales order updates to show the delivery is complete
  • The delivery status changes to Done

Partial Deliveries

If the customer is picking up only part of their order (e.g., they bought a rifle and optic but the optic is backordered), enter the quantity delivered and validate. A backorder is created for the remaining items.

Tip: You can also access the delivery from the sales order — click the "Delivery" smart button at the top of the SO.
