Shipping Products (Outgoing Transfers)
When you sell a product, CloudFFL creates a delivery order to track the product leaving your inventory — whether the customer picks it up in your shop or you ship it.
Step by Step
- Go to Inventory → Deliveries. Pending deliveries for confirmed sales orders appear here.
- Click on the delivery for the sale you are fulfilling.
- Verify the products and quantities.
- When the customer picks up the item or you ship it, click Validate.
What Happens When You Validate
- The product quantities are deducted from your inventory
- The sales order updates to show the delivery is complete
- The delivery status changes to Done
Partial Deliveries
If the customer is picking up only part of their order (e.g., they bought a rifle and optic but the optic is backordered), enter the quantity delivered and validate. A backorder is created for the remaining items.
Tip: You can also access the delivery from the sales order — click the "Delivery" smart button at the top of the SO.
